Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across major channels, manage budgets, run A/B tests, and analyze attribution and campaign performance to hit CPI/CPA targets.

Own end-to-end email marketing: strategy, execution, testing, reporting, and iteration. Collaborate with paid ads teams to drive email-attributable revenue, optimize churn and failed-payment recovery flows, build quiz funnels and high-converting pages, and maintain on-brand templates while running weekly experiments to grow subscribers and revenue.

Edit short-form videos for organic social and paid ads, delivering a minimum of three videos/batches weekly. Assemble footage, add captions, graphics, music, sound design, and motion elements; apply revisions quickly, maintain brand consistency, and organize project files.

Take full ownership of SEO for sintra.ai: set strategy, execute technical and content SEO, manage content pipeline, optimize site architecture and structured data, track rankings and AI citations, and drive traffic and signups through continuous improvement.

Own and optimize the end-to-end creative process for paid channels: brief and manage copywriters, editors, designers, and UGC creators; run structured creative tests; analyze CTR/CVR/CPA/ROAS to identify winning concepts; sign off on final assets and ensure brand and performance alignment.
