Design LLM and agent-based architectures, operationalize production-grade AI systems, advise C-level clients, mentor teams, and develop practice playbooks and accelerators to drive AI-enabled value creation.

Lead small teams delivering digital-focused advisory and transformation projects, including commercial and digital due diligence, data-driven analyses, strategy development, implementation of digital initiatives (loyalty programs, omnichannel, dashboards, prototypes), and internal growth activities such as business development and hiring.

Support the Marketing Manager with content creation and publishing (LinkedIn, newsletters), reporting and marketing ops, event communications and logistics, French-English copywriting/ghostwriting, and organization of marketing workflows and measurement.

Support Data & Customer Strategy projects by running standardized analyses (market, consumer, SEO/SEA, social listening), collecting and cleaning data, building charts and slides, maintaining benchmark libraries and reusable toolkits, experimenting with AI tools, and assisting consultants and data scientists on client deliverables.

Work at the intersection of strategy and advanced analytics to solve high-stakes business problems for PE-backed clients. Structure analyses, run hands-on Python/SQL work, build predictive models and segmentation, synthesize insights, and present executive-ready recommendations to C-level stakeholders.

Design, build and validate advanced analytics and ML models (segmentation, propensity, uplift, LTV, forecasting, optimization). Work hands-on with large, messy datasets using Python, SQL and PySpark, translate results for C-level stakeholders, build AI/GenAI agent workflows, and prepare models for industrialization with the data engineering team. Act as practice data-science referent and upskill consultants.
