Designs, builds, deploys, and supports production AI, data, and software solutions for clients. Responsibilities include writing production code, architecting systems, building data pipelines and AI workflows, implementing testing and monitoring, driving user adoption, and guiding engineers. The role also involves client engagement, technical scoping, stakeholder communication, project estimation, candidate interviewing, and development of reusable internal AI capabilities.

Leads business, product, technology, data, and AI transformation engagements from initial framing through execution. Manages senior client relationships, facilitates workshops, structures workstreams, develops transformation roadmaps, oversees delivery, resources, risks, and quality, and contributes to proposals and business development. The role also coaches consultants and digital experts, supports methodology development, and helps grow the firm's transformation offering.

Provides first-line IT support to the Paris office and international colleagues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting devices, productivity tools, accounts, connectivity, and meeting-room technology; supporting joiners, movers, and leavers; maintaining device records and documentation; promoting secure IT practices; escalating complex incidents; and contributing to process improvements and technology changes.
