The hybrid role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and familiarity with Google marketing tools, CMS platforms, call tracking software, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.

Creates and adapts branded print and digital marketing materials, including advertising, event collateral, presentations, attorney marketing assets, website graphics, and campaign creative. Manages revisions, final production, creative asset organization, website updates, and attorney onboarding materials while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborates with marketing leadership, attorneys, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-volume creative projects accurately and on schedule.

Oversee settlement operations, standardize processes, advise on compliance and accounting, and lead the settlement team, ensuring legal and ethical standards are met.

Provide senior-level litigation support for wildfire cases: manage case files and deadlines in Filevine and Everlaw; assist with document review, discovery, e-filings, depositions, legal research, and trial preparation; coordinate with counsel, experts, and opposing parties; ensure compliance with court rules and California-specific procedures.
