Manages mass tort litigation cases from pre-litigation through post-trial proceedings. Supports attorneys with trial preparation, exhibits, witnesses, depositions, discovery, court filings, deadlines, pleadings, motions, and complex legal documents. Coordinates clients, experts, vendors, opposing counsel, and court personnel while providing onsite trial support as needed.

Leads the firm’s digital marketing strategy across SEO, AEO, paid media, social media, website optimization, and lead generation. The role develops conversion-focused campaigns, improves lead quality, oversees content and keyword strategy, monitors performance, identifies growth opportunities, and manages and mentors digital marketing team members. It also requires staying current with legal marketing trends and emerging technologies.
