Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an engaging and solutions-oriented client service professional to serve as a Receptionist in our San Diego office. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, this role plays a critical part in shaping the client experience by delivering exceptional service, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring efficient front desk operations in a fast-paced legal environment.

This is a fully on-site position based in our San Diego office.
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Salary:
$22-26 per hour
Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications for the role.
Key Responsibilities
The Big Picture
- Manage day-to-day front desk operations and serve as the first impression for clients and visitors.
- Provide high-quality client service while supporting office operations in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Specific Tasks
- Manage front desk operations on a full-time basis.
- Coordinate conference room calendars, shared inboxes, and office bookings for hybrid staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Handle high-volume incoming calls across multiple phone lines with professionalism and discretion.
- Accurately route calls to appropriate personnel and departments.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and special projects.
- Serve as an internal resource for office staff, providing support as needed.
- Maintain and restock kitchen, conference rooms, and copy areas.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
Qualifications
- Ability to work full-time in the San Diego office.
- 3+ years of receptionist experience in a professional environment.
- 2+ years of client or customer service experience.
- 1+ year of experience in a law firm environment preferred.
- Proficiency with multi-line telephone systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Experience with case management systems preferred.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., and perform physical tasks such as bending and reaching.
