Support GTM operations by capturing, enriching, deduplicating, scoring, routing, and reporting on inbound leads. Maintain CRM and automation tooling, build funnel reporting and dashboards, automate repetitive tasks with no-code tools and light scripting, and create reusable systems to improve conversion and measurement.

Build and maintain dashboards tracking activation, retention, task success, and agent reliability; analyze agent run data to locate failures and stalls; design instrumentation and metrics; support experiment design and readouts; produce reproducible analyses and actionable recommendations for product and engineering.
