Design and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire-fighting systems for residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. Prepare layouts, load calculations, GFC and shop drawings, resolve multidisciplinary clashes, support site execution, review vendor submissions, and ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations. The role requires coordination with architects, interior designers, structural teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Develops and customizes Zoho CRM and Projects solutions using automation rules, Blueprint workflows, and Deluge scripting. Integrates Zoho applications with third-party tools and APIs, translates business requirements into solutions, troubleshoots technical issues, maintains data integrity and compliance, and provides user support and training.

Lead social media strategy and growth across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Create and manage branded content, engage audiences, monitor analytics, generate leads for luxury architecture projects, track trends, and collaborate with design, marketing, and CRM teams.

Lead HR strategy and build scalable people systems, policies, SOPs, and HR technology workflows. Partner with founders on organizational structure, culture, succession planning, talent acquisition, performance management, governance, and compliance. Establish dashboards, accountability frameworks, leadership pipelines, documentation standards, and employee lifecycle processes while supporting a high-performance culture.

Oversee execution readiness and final release governance across architecture, interiors, structure, MEP, and landscape disciplines. Review project documentation, validate regulatory and service coordination, ensure sequencing and dependencies are clear, govern Zoho Projects records, prevent premature releases, and address recurring errors through root-cause corrections. The role serves as the final quality and coordination gatekeeper for internal, client-facing, and site-facing deliverables.

Supervise daily site execution of civil and architectural works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, quality requirements, and timelines. Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams; prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings; manage measurements, progress tracking, inspections, reporting, and documentation. The role also requires knowledge of MVP architecture, Cytopovision, and BMC work, along with effective site planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Design buildings and structures from concept through completion, producing drawings, blueprints, and 3D models. Conduct site visits and feasibility studies, coordinate with clients and project stakeholders, ensure compliance with zoning laws and building codes, and supervise construction progress. The role also requires collaboration with engineers and contractors, resolution of design issues, and application of sustainable design practices.

Manages client relationships throughout project delivery, provides progress updates, resolves concerns, gathers satisfaction feedback, and coordinates with project teams. The role supports project execution, investigates complaints, trains team members in customer service, and tracks customer satisfaction KPIs such as NPS and churn to identify improvement opportunities.
