Lead and manage inside and outside sales representatives, set and track targets, report and forecast sales metrics, improve sales administration, coordinate projects, use customer feedback to drive engagement and product ideas, ensure policy compliance, and build a high-performance team.

Assist the Fashion Designer and Art Director with creating and developing styles: technical sketches, colorways, mood boards, tech packs, sample coordination, line management, fit session notes, and maintaining digital asset libraries. Research trends, communicate with factories, prepare samples for photoshoots, and support special projects.
