Own CRM monetization projects, lifecycle journeys, segmentation, campaign execution, experimentation, and technical CRM setup. Drive acquisition, conversion, win-back, and revenue growth through high-volume communications, A/B testing, analytics, deliverability optimization, automation, and tool integrations. Collaborate with Growth, Design, Analytics, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot campaigns, improve user experiences, and deliver actionable performance insights.

Own the finance data domain by developing financial data products and models, integrating and improving data quality, monitoring freshness and completeness, and resolving reconciliation issues. Build reports, alerts, automations, and LLM agents using Python, SQL, Snowflake, Airflow, and dbt. Communicate data issues clearly to Finance leadership and ensure financial reporting and planning data remains accurate and reliable.

Create and adapt high-impact motion design video creatives for global markets, using After Effects/Premiere and AI localization tools for dubbing, lip-sync, and localized assets. Collaborate with marketing/localization teams, iterate on creative performance, experiment with new AI tools, and maintain efficient modular workflows.

Lead content strategy and program design for Simple Move: translate hypotheses into runnable workout experiments, own program quality and delivery, partner with product and medical/fitness experts, track KPIs (conversion, retention, renewal), iterate on performance, and scale program builds using AI and the CMS.
