Provide internal IT support for approximately 300 employees and manage Apple, Windows, and Android device security and reliability. Administer identity and access, onboarding and offboarding, SaaS and hardware procurement, inventory, knowledge management, and security incident response. Build automated IT solutions and improve internal processes. The role requires macOS MDM expertise, SaaS administration, IAM knowledge, networking fundamentals, Terraform, and JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python experience.

Supports influencer marketing campaigns through creator outreach, negotiation, screening, scout coordination, and performance reporting. Evaluates influencer relevance, authenticity, engagement, audience quality, and platform fit while managing multiple activations across the US and UK markets. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills, plus familiarity with social media trends, algorithms, and influencer marketing metrics.

Own CRM monetization projects, lifecycle journeys, segmentation, campaign execution, experimentation, and technical CRM setup. Drive acquisition, conversion, win-back, and revenue growth through high-volume communications, A/B testing, analytics, deliverability optimization, automation, and tool integrations. Collaborate with Growth, Design, Analytics, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot campaigns, improve user experiences, and deliver actionable performance insights.
