Lead and coordinate technical support for satellite projects, ensuring system readiness, compliance with ECSS/regulatory standards, risk mitigation, and timely resolution of technical issues. Oversee ground stations, telemetry, integration labs, testing and launch readiness while managing tools, documentation, vendor relationships, and cross-functional communication.

Lead end-to-end payload development projects from concept through integration and testing. Manage budgets, resources, cross-functional coordination, technical risk mitigation, compliance with ECSS/ESA frameworks, verification activities, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Lead electro-optical characterization and verification of space imaging systems. Design and execute test campaigns, analyze radiometric, spectral, geometric and image-quality data, support production and incoming inspection, maintain instrumentation calibration and uncertainty analysis, produce certification reports, recommend process improvements, and mentor junior team members.
