Design, develop, and validate high-performance FPGA firmware and embedded microcontroller software for space optical payloads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform simulation and real-time testing (including HIL and Python scripting), document designs, and support environmental and reliability-focused development for flight hardware.

Lead and coordinate technical project support across engineering, systems, and operations to ensure system readiness, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and successful mission deliveries. Oversee maintenance and testing of ground stations, telemetry, and integration labs; manage technical tools, documentation, vendor relationships, and readiness activities for integration, testing, and launch phases.

Lead and coordinate technical support for satellite projects, ensuring system readiness, compliance with ECSS/regulatory standards, risk mitigation, and timely resolution of technical issues. Oversee ground stations, telemetry, integration labs, testing and launch readiness while managing tools, documentation, vendor relationships, and cross-functional communication.
