Provide national administrative support for the Commonwealth Home Support Programme: manage customer documentation and service agreements, maintain accurate records, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, support onboarding, ensure privacy/compliance, recommend process improvements, and use digital signature and customer management systems.

Provide HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding), maintain accurate HR records, assist with HR reporting and systems, respond to general HR enquiries, and support HR projects and process improvements while working with Payroll, Talent Acquisition and operations stakeholders.
