Leads all mountain operations for a ski resort, including lift and gondola operations, maintenance, patrol, snowmaking, grooming, vehicles, buildings, utilities, and safety. Develops emergency and operating plans, ensures compliance with standards, manages staffing, hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, budgets, payroll, and guest service. Troubleshoots operational issues, protects resort assets, and assumes General Manager duties when needed.

Provide emergency response, risk management, and customer service on mountain bike and ski terrain. Deliver and document medical care, perform search and rescue, maintain signage and hazard mitigation, operate rescue vehicles and toboggans, shovel and lift heavy loads, and work in extreme weather conditions during seasonal shifts.

Responsible for guest check-ins/outs, answering calls, restocking supplies, resolving complaints, and providing feedback to management.

Lead Housekeepers supervise a team, ensuring cleanliness of condo units, including dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. They support their team and comply with safety standards.

Stock and distribute clean linens and amenities to housekeeping closets across all floors and buildings. Remove dirty linens, empty garbage, clean stairwells, and shampoo carpets as needed. Perform physical, repetitive tasks, follow routines, and work weekends and holidays.

Supervise and perform janitorial duties to keep public facilities clean, sanitary, and safe. Tasks include cleaning restrooms, locker rooms, halls and walkways; emptying and cleaning refuse containers; mopping spills; removing stains; lifting and moving heavy items; and providing courteous guest-facing service in a hot, humid environment.
