Manage front desk operations at a lodge: supervise front office staff, resolve guest billing and service issues, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance, train and motivate employees, handle cash/change, cover shifts, order supplies, and communicate daily updates.

Stock and distribute clean linens and amenities to housekeeping closets across all floors and buildings. Remove dirty linens, empty garbage, clean stairwells, and shampoo carpets as needed. Perform physical, repetitive tasks, follow routines, and work weekends and holidays.
