Own the global consumer SaaS membership strategy, growth, retention, pricing, monetization, and lifecycle health. Lead acquisition, conversion, engagement, and lifetime-value expansion while managing key subscription metrics such as MRR, ARR, ARPU, CAC, LTV, cohorts, and churn. Lead technical owner for OEM-manufactured products: define system/subsystem/interface and test requirements, evaluate supplier designs and test data, coordinate cross-functional engineering, drive technical issue resolution, and support verification, production ramp, and launch of multiple global OEM programs.

Manage marketing project intake, routing, scheduling, tracking, and reporting across North America Marketing. Maintain project documentation, prioritize and assign work in the workflow system, coordinate reviews and approvals, track progress and deadlines, and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
