Leads global financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, cash flow management, financial reporting, KPI development, scenario modeling, and executive decision support. Oversees global operating reviews, private equity reporting, lender presentations, and audit support. Partners with senior leadership on profitability initiatives while managing and developing a high-performing international FP&A team and improving financial processes and systems.

Provides omnichannel customer support for e-commerce customers, including purchasing guidance, order assistance, product troubleshooting, warranty coordination, and repair services. Documents cases in CRM and ticketing systems, develops knowledge materials, trains teams, analyzes support trends, and recommends process improvements. Requires advanced sewing and crafting knowledge, strong technical troubleshooting, communication skills, and experience with platforms such as Gorgias, Shopify, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint. This is a temporary hybrid role in Nashville.

Manage end-to-end customer order processing across phone, email, EDI, and customer portals. Validate orders, pricing, product details, and customer requirements; coordinate fulfillment; respond to inquiries; resolve shipping and product discrepancies; document interactions in business systems; maintain data integrity; and identify process improvements. The role collaborates with internal teams, manages multiple priorities, and supports customer satisfaction in a hybrid office environment.
