Operate and maintain 3–5 axis CNC machines to produce precision silicon components. Perform setups, inspections (CMM, profilometer, micrometers), troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, documentation, and continuous improvement using lean and 5S. Support installations, pilot runs, and training.
