The CNC Machinist operates 3 to 5-axis CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality in silicon component production, while performing maintenance and quality inspections.

Operate and maintain 3–5 axis CNC machines to produce precision silicon components. Perform setups, inspections (CMM, profilometer, micrometers), troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, documentation, and continuous improvement using lean and 5S. Support installations, pilot runs, and training.

The Automation Mechanical Engineer will support Silfex's manufacturing by developing automation solutions, enhancing equipment reliability, and designing efficient workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
