The CNC Programmer develops, maintains, and optimizes CNC machining programs for silicon and brittle materials, ensuring safety and operational efficiency while overseeing tooling and equipment performance.

Leads the ERP implementation program for a greenfield manufacturing facility in India. Responsibilities include integrated planning, governance, process design, requirements, data, integrations, testing, training, cutover, go-live, stabilization, vendor management, and executive reporting. The role coordinates business, IT, technical, functional, vendor, and international stakeholders while ensuring scalable alignment with future digital-core platforms and successful transition to steady-state operations.

Analyzes and improves cross-functional business processes, governance structures, operating models, and organizational readiness. Supports Silfex’s integration with Lam Research by documenting current and future states, defining ownership and decision rights, coordinating transformation workstreams, managing risks and dependencies, and facilitating stakeholder alignment. Develops requirements, process documentation, change-management plans, executive reporting, and adoption measures. Requires strong business analysis, project management, process improvement, and change-management expertise.
