Develops digital content, short-form video, creative assets, copy, and campaign briefs while maintaining brand consistency. Supports SEO, analyzes channel performance using analytics tools, and creates reports with actionable optimization recommendations. Collaborates with brand, marketing, and cross-functional teams to manage campaign timelines and deliver on-brand initiatives. Occasional travel to trade shows and events is required.

The Quality Engineer develops and improves quality controls, manufacturing processes, test procedures, and standard work instructions for solar modules. Responsibilities include statistical analysis, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, audits, MSA studies, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, supplier quality, RMA oversight, ISO documentation, and new product launches. The role also trains production personnel, supports continuous improvement, reduces defects and downtime, and collaborates with customers, suppliers, and leadership.

Lead R&D reliability testing for solar panels: design/execute experiments, analyze data, develop test plans, perform root-cause analysis, maintain test equipment, ensure compliance with IEC standards, support NPI and supplier selection, and help establish ISO 17025 processes.

The Director of Commercial Sales will lead sales for C&I and light Utility projects, develop strategies to meet revenue targets, build customer relationships, and expand market presence for solar products.

Provide in-house legal guidance across employment, contract, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, M&A, IP, and litigation. Draft and negotiate commercial and employment agreements, support regulatory interactions and audits in the renewable energy sector, manage external counsel and legal budget, and advise cross-functional teams on risk mitigation.
