Lead plant-wide continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma to improve OEE, reduce cycle time, eliminate waste, drive cost savings, mentor staff, run Kaizen events, and develop dashboards and analytics to support data-driven operational decisions.

Develop and document SOPs/SWIs, troubleshoot automation and equipment, lead continuous improvement and kaizen projects, support equipment installs/launches, run root cause analyses, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with operations across multiple sites.

The Continuous Improvement Engineer enhances operational efficiency and product quality through process improvements, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
