Lead R&D reliability testing for solar panels: design/execute experiments, analyze data, develop test plans, perform root-cause analysis, maintain test equipment, ensure compliance with IEC standards, support NPI and supplier selection, and help establish ISO 17025 processes.

The Director of Commercial Sales will lead sales for C&I and light Utility projects, develop strategies to meet revenue targets, build customer relationships, and expand market presence for solar products.

Support production operations through document control, data entry, KPI reporting, attendance and roster management, maintenance of records and training matrices, ISO document administration, purchasing support, schedule creation, and ad-hoc KPI reporting/visualization across Washington manufacturing facilities.
