Lead development of solar PV products from concept through end-of-life. Conduct technical research, design and execute product launches, ensure UL/IEC compliance, run reliability testing and root-cause analysis, manage cost and supplier selection, collaborate cross-functionally, support sales/marketing, and mentor junior engineers.

Full-cycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and candidate experience. Partners with hiring managers, manages ATS and onboarding systems, posts jobs, attends career fairs, manages external agencies, conducts new hire orientation, and maintains HR compliance and documentation while improving recruitment processes.

Lead R&D reliability testing for solar panels: design/execute experiments, analyze data, develop test plans, perform root-cause analysis, maintain test equipment, ensure compliance with IEC standards, support NPI and supplier selection, and help establish ISO 17025 processes.
