Develops SOPs and work instructions, leads process improvement and kaizen projects, performs root cause analysis, supports equipment installation and automation troubleshooting, and ensures manufacturing systems comply with standards. The role collaborates with operations, OEMs, contractors, and plant teams on equipment evaluation, trials, launches, value stream mapping, PFMEAs, control plans, and continuous improvement. It also mentors team members and requires rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and travel up to 50%.

Executes digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid channels, and web platforms. Develops digital content, short-form video, creative assets, copy, and campaign briefs while maintaining brand consistency. Supports SEO, analyzes channel performance using analytics tools, and creates reports with actionable optimization recommendations. Collaborates with brand, marketing, and cross-functional teams to manage campaign timelines and deliver on-brand initiatives. Occasional travel to trade shows and events is required.

The Quality Engineer develops and improves quality controls, manufacturing processes, test procedures, and standard work instructions for solar modules. Responsibilities include statistical analysis, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, audits, MSA studies, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, supplier quality, RMA oversight, ISO documentation, and new product launches. The role also trains production personnel, supports continuous improvement, reduces defects and downtime, and collaborates with customers, suppliers, and leadership.
