Assists with daily business office operations, including accounts receivable, billing and collections, payment posting, deposits, accounting controls, recordkeeping, month-end closing, accounts payable invoice processing, accruals, and meeting AR and AP deadlines. May supervise the office in the manager’s absence.

Supervise evening nursing operations from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., support staff, promote quality patient care, and help manage facility situations. The role requires an active RN license, an ASN or higher nursing degree, and at least one year of nursing experience. Sub-acute or long-term care experience is preferred.

Oversee daily clinical operations for an assigned nursing unit, supervise and support nursing staff, coordinate resident care, conduct assessments, manage admissions and discharges, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain documentation, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, residents, and families. The role also includes staff coaching, education, performance development, and promoting positive resident outcomes.
