Supports the Business Office Manager with daily facility financial operations, including billing and collections, payment posting, deposits, accounting controls, month-end closing, accounts payable invoice processing, accruals, and maintaining accurate financial records. May supervise the office in the Manager’s absence and must meet accounts receivable and accounts payable processing deadlines.

Oversee daily clinical operations for an assigned nursing unit, supervise nursing staff, coordinate resident care, conduct assessments, manage admissions and discharges, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain documentation, and support staff development. The role emphasizes resident-centered care, clinical excellence, teamwork, and positive outcomes in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.

Leads clinical education and staff development programs for nursing staff in a long-term care and rehabilitation facility. Responsibilities include onboarding, orientation, in-service education, competency training, regulatory compliance, performance improvement support, infection prevention, quality outcomes, and mentoring. Requires an active RN license, nursing experience, and ASN or higher.
