Perform full-cycle HR and payroll tasks including recruiting, onboarding, personnel and compliance recordkeeping, employee relations and engagement, bi-weekly payroll processing and payroll setup, benefits/tax/I-9 administration, HR audits, OSHA/HIPAA/workers' comp support, and participation in facility staffing and leadership activities.

Lead and manage clinical education and staff development for a long-term care and rehab facility. Coordinate onboarding, ongoing in-services, competency training, regulatory compliance, infection prevention initiatives, mentor nursing staff, and support performance improvement to ensure quality resident care and regulatory adherence.

Oversee daily clinical operations of a nursing unit, supervise and coach staff, ensure resident-centered care and regulatory compliance, coordinate care planning, manage admissions/discharges, perform assessments, maintain documentation, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, residents, and families.
