Supervise evening nursing operations from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., support staff, promote quality patient care, and help manage facility situations. The role requires an active RN license, an ASN or higher nursing degree, and at least one year of nursing experience. Sub-acute or long-term care experience is preferred.

Oversee daily clinical operations for an assigned nursing unit, supervise and support nursing staff, coordinate resident care, conduct assessments, manage admissions and discharges, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain documentation, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, residents, and families. The role also includes staff coaching, education, performance development, and promoting positive resident outcomes.

Supports the Business Office Manager with daily facility financial operations, including billing and collections, payment posting, deposits, accounting controls, month-end closing, accounts payable invoice processing, accruals, and maintaining accurate financial records. May supervise the office in the Manager’s absence and must meet accounts receivable and accounts payable processing deadlines.
