Develop and maintain reliable Java backend features for the ReadID SaaS platform. Provides technical customer support during service disruptions through alert and ticket triage, initial troubleshooting, escalation, status-page management, customer notifications, incident reports, and inbound communications. Participates in postmortems, maintains support playbooks and knowledge bases, and handles regular support tickets. The role requires shift work, overnight and weekend on-call coverage, clear English communication, and hybrid work in Vilnius.

Design and develop Java services within distributed applications for document and image processing. Collaborate with the team and product owner, apply maintainability, testability, performance, security, and quality standards, participate in code reviews, and improve the platform. The role requires Java and Spring Boot expertise, SQL and NoSQL database knowledge, RabbitMQ experience, microservices familiarity, and fluency in English and Spanish.
