Lead execution of Signing product roadmap for B2B SaaS, prioritize features and maintenance, translate cross-functional requirements, define specs, drive discovery-to-release, use KPIs to optimize value, and mentor the tribe on agile delivery and product quality.

Own and prioritise the backlog for internal IT products, translate stakeholder needs into actionable work, collaborate across teams, drive improvements to IT systems and processes, and deliver measurable value that boosts employee productivity and satisfaction.

Maintain, configure, and optimize the Salesforce platform and integrations (ERP, billing, subscription systems). Gather requirements, design scalable solutions, improve quote-to-cash flows, manage user access and features, document processes, and support stakeholders to improve sales, product, and finance productivity.
