Develop and maintain reliable Java backend features for the ReadID SaaS platform. Deploy and monitor containerized services on Kubernetes and GCP or AWS, improve CI/CD pipelines, write tested clean code, support release validation, automate infrastructure, troubleshoot incidents, and improve observability. Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and periodic 24/7 on-call support.

The role also involves architectural ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and periodic 24/7 on-call participation.

Design and develop Java services within distributed applications for document and image processing. Collaborate with the team and product owner, apply maintainability, testability, performance, security, and quality standards, participate in code reviews, and improve the platform. The role requires Java and Spring Boot expertise, SQL and NoSQL database knowledge, RabbitMQ experience, microservices familiarity, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Develop and maintain Kotlin/Java web applications for a high-scale authentication platform. Design secure architectures, build reusable components and patterns, participate in agile ceremonies, ensure CI/CD and testing, and own deployments and DevOps for production services.

Design, build, and operate an internal AI Background Agents Platform: implement secure stateful runtimes, sandboxing, CI/CD and GitOps pipelines, progressive delivery, observability (tracing/monitoring), and developer-facing tools to enable teams to build, test, and deploy autonomous LLM-backed agents.
