Administer and enhance the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP platform, including integrations with Salesforce, subscription management, and billing systems. Support accounting, invoicing, record-to-report, and related finance processes. Gather business requirements, define functional solutions, configure security and platform features, manage releases and deployments, improve enterprise workflows, and document processes. Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Controlling, IT, and external providers to deliver reliable systems and responsive user support.

Lead and develop the Internal Sales team while personally contributing to sales execution. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, annual planning, budget oversight, KPI tracking, account allocation, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires building customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and translating regional objectives into effective team strategies within a SaaS environment.

Design, develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain Java/Kotlin microservices powering MobileID and digital identity wallet solutions. Build REST APIs, run services on Kubernetes, contribute to delivery platforms and architecture decisions, and strengthen authentication, security, and key-handling capabilities. The role owns services end to end in production and involves collaboration across engineering teams.
