Combine hands-on .NET engineering with technical product ownership, roadmap prioritization, reliability, security, and operational excellence. Mentor engineers, drive architecture and automation, collaborate with architects and stakeholders, and balance new features with technical debt and scalability.

Design, build, and operate an internal AI Background Agents Platform: implement secure stateful runtimes, sandboxing, CI/CD and GitOps pipelines, progressive delivery, observability (tracing/monitoring), and developer-facing tools to enable teams to build, test, and deploy autonomous LLM-backed agents.

Build and maintain the ReadID SaaS server focusing on secure, scalable, high-performance Java backend development. Add features, integrate partner solutions (e.g., facial recognition), support external developers using REST/XML/JSON APIs, create API documentation, participate in automated testing, and optionally contribute to analytics, DevOps/CloudOps, or backend optimization in an agile international team.
