Manage inbound and outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify leads, schedule meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM records, analyze lead performance, and report activity to improve SDR processes and campaign effectiveness.

Provide technical pre-sales support for digital signature, identification and trust-service solutions: advise customers/partners, design integrations, run proof-of-concepts, deliver demos, update documentation, and support troubleshooting to drive sales and customer success.

Lead customer onboarding projects and drive long-term customer success. Manage implementations, optimize processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and monitor adoption and retention metrics. Act as primary post-onboarding contact, identify upsell opportunities, collect customer feedback, and report results to stakeholders to limit churn and grow MRR.
