The role requires autonomous complex B2B SaaS selling, consultative discovery, relationship management, and fluent Spanish and English.

Manage customer support requests, meet SLA requirements, monitor platform activity, analyze logs, diagnose incidents, and report on support performance. Improve response quality and customer satisfaction, develop sustainable solutions, and create help articles and procedures. Collaborate with product, development, and customer success teams while using Zendesk, Jira, and technical diagnostic tools.

Leads marketing programs for the Italian market, including events, webinars, campaigns, partner activities, and demand generation. Aligns marketing with sales targets, localizes regional campaigns, manages event budgets and vendors, tracks pipeline and ROI through CRM and marketing automation tools, conducts competitive analysis, and builds relationships with partners and associations. The role also coordinates with regional teams across Southern Europe and requires travel within Italy and occasionally abroad.
