Supports the full team member lifecycle, including recruiting coordination, candidate communications, onboarding, offboarding, employee support, internal communications, benefits enrollment, performance reviews, and people initiatives. Maintains accurate HR systems, processes, and documentation while assisting with confidential People Operations tasks and projects in a growing, distributed organization.

Develop structured financial planning proposals from advisor-submitted client data, addressing retirement income, longevity, risk management, tax, and estate planning needs. Create modular recommendations involving investments, annuities, and life insurance; answer technical planning and suitability questions; support underwriting diligence; prepare client-facing deliverables; and provide planning support to advisors through messaging, phone consultations, and case reviews. Collaborate with the Planning team to improve tools, workflows, templates, and internal knowledge resources.

Supports executives by managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and itineraries. Oversees daily Detroit office operations, including vendors, supplies, and client-ready facilities. Coordinates team-building events, office lunches, and internal and external events, while handling administrative projects, communications, and document preparation. Requires strong organization, communication, adaptability, attention to detail, and full-time in-office availability.

Own the full product lifecycle for AI-first products serving financial advisors. Responsibilities include prototyping and launching products, designing advisor and internal workflows, using AI tools to analyze data and feedback, defining quality standards and metrics, translating financial-services needs into product direction, influencing roadmap strategy, and coordinating with engineering, design, operations, users, and executives.
