Leads daily Contact Center and Box Office operations, supervises Customer Service Representatives, monitors queues and schedules, handles difficult customer situations, conducts quality assurance, and provides coaching and training. The role develops team members, promotes customer satisfaction and organizational values, supports procedural changes, collaborates across Guest Services departments, and assumes leadership responsibilities when the Customer Relations Manager is absent.

Lead communication and coordination across departments during rehearsals, show operations, and company events. Maintain show integrity, safety, technical and artistic vision, scheduling, documentation, backstage operations, and show calling. Support training, preparation, leadership meetings, and team development while promoting a collaborative and professional environment. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple communications under pressure in an active theatrical setting.
