Provide project management and administrative support to Automation & Effects, Rigging, and Tech Services teams. Coordinate schedules, calendars, travel, invoices, meetings, timelines, on-call/show automation calendars, training documentation, and work-for-hire agreements. Identify resource gaps, maintain show documentation, approve timecards/PTO, and foster effective team collaboration to maximize team effectiveness.
