Leads architecture, technical planning, development, code review, and troubleshooting for business-critical software systems. Establishes engineering standards, mentors developers, documents technical decisions, and guides integrations, data pipelines, identity management, compliance, and secure data handling. Partners with infrastructure teams on reliability, monitoring, deployment, security, and cloud usage while coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.

Leads the HR Operations team supporting the employee lifecycle, employee relations, manager support, and daily HR operations. Oversees HR staff, provides technical guidance, facilitates leadership onboarding and development training, and creates professional and personal learning opportunities. The role also coordinates internship learning events, supports organizational team development, manages multiple projects, and partners with the HR Manager on employee relations and risk management.

Leads daily Contact Center and Box Office operations, supervises Customer Service Representatives, monitors queues and schedules, handles difficult customer situations, conducts quality assurance, and provides coaching and training. The role develops team members, promotes customer satisfaction and organizational values, supports procedural changes, collaborates across Guest Services departments, and assumes leadership responsibilities when the Customer Relations Manager is absent.
