Own contributor-platform growth by running acquisition experiments, improving activation and retention, building scalable growth systems, developing supply-side partnerships, and measuring funnel performance. Partner with the COO and executive team to turn strategic priorities into execution. Build operational functions, planning and reporting processes, and systems across finance, people, and GTM. Drive ambiguous cross-functional initiatives, manage the company operating cadence, establish goals and business reviews, identify operational gaps, and support company-wide hiring. The role requires technical fluency, strong business judgment, organizational ability, and high ownership in a rapidly scaling AI startup.

Build strategic relationships with frontier AI labs, model companies, and data ecosystem stakeholders. Identify opportunities, map organizations and research priorities, connect prospects with internal commercial leaders, and support opportunity progression. Own inbound-demand initiatives including events, conferences, ecosystem partnerships, content, and executive programs. Track relationships and market developments while communicating credibly with researchers, founders, executives, and commercial stakeholders.

High-volume sourcing role owning a vertical: identify experts on LinkedIn, perform personalized outreach (1000-4000/week), book and convert prospects on calls, onboard contributors, build firm partnerships, support outbound campaigns, and maintain CRM pipeline metrics. Goals include 100 activations/month and 15-20 qualified calls/week.

As the first operations hire at Sieve, you will scale data operations, forge partnerships, and optimize human QA processes to support engineering and customers.
