Lead Sieve’s end-to-end Shenzhen launch, including regulatory assessment, entity and infrastructure setup, banking, hardware sourcing, hiring, vendor management, and field data-capture operations. Establish SOPs, KPIs, compliance workflows, and operating cadences while coordinating with San Francisco teams. After launch, manage and scale the local operation and develop playbooks for expansion into future markets.

Coordinate recruiting operations, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, ATS maintenance, pipeline reporting, preboarding, and onboarding. Manage office operations such as supplies, deliveries, vendors, facilities, maintenance, cleaning, and event logistics. Provide leadership scheduling support, improve internal processes, and handle confidential information while maintaining a welcoming candidate and employee experience.

Build strategic relationships with frontier AI labs, model companies, and data ecosystem stakeholders. Identify opportunities, map organizations and research priorities, connect prospects with internal commercial leaders, and support opportunity progression. Own inbound-demand initiatives including events, conferences, ecosystem partnerships, content, and executive programs. Track relationships and market developments while communicating credibly with researchers, founders, executives, and commercial stakeholders.

High-volume sourcing role owning a vertical: identify experts on LinkedIn, perform personalized outreach (1000-4000/week), book and convert prospects on calls, onboard contributors, build firm partnerships, support outbound campaigns, and maintain CRM pipeline metrics. Goals include 100 activations/month and 15-20 qualified calls/week.

As the first operations hire at Sieve, you will scale data operations, forge partnerships, and optimize human QA processes to support engineering and customers.
