Build industrial partnerships with factories and manufacturers, then operate the workforce, QA, tooling, and data workflows that convert industrial access into high-quality multimodal training data. Responsibilities include partnership development, workforce sourcing and management, SOP creation, quality assurance, operational metrics, product operations with engineering, and developing repeatable playbooks. The role is onsite in San Francisco.

Own contributor-platform growth by running acquisition experiments, improving activation and retention, building scalable growth systems, developing supply-side partnerships, and measuring funnel performance. The role requires launching campaigns, managing outbound and lifecycle programs, analyzing cohorts and acquisition economics, recruiting contributors, closing partnerships, and collaborating with product and operations to improve the contributor experience.

Partner with the COO and executive team to turn strategic priorities into execution. Build operational functions, planning and reporting processes, and systems across finance, people, and GTM. Drive ambiguous cross-functional initiatives, manage the company operating cadence, establish goals and business reviews, identify operational gaps, and support company-wide hiring. The role requires technical fluency, strong business judgment, organizational ability, and high ownership in a rapidly scaling AI startup.
