Teams at Sieve

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and product roles: source candidates, run screening calls, manage the Ashby pipeline, coordinate interviews, close offers, partner with hiring managers, and build scalable recruiting processes and templates. Role is onsite five days a week.

High-volume sourcing role owning a vertical: identify experts on LinkedIn, perform personalized outreach (1000-4000/week), book and convert prospects on calls, onboard contributors, build firm partnerships, support outbound campaigns, and maintain CRM pipeline metrics. Goals include 100 activations/month and 15-20 qualified calls/week.

As the first operations hire at Sieve, you will scale data operations, forge partnerships, and optimize human QA processes to support engineering and customers.
