Analyze alerts, perform complex investigations, tune detection rules and models, coordinate loss-mitigation and escalations, support tool configuration and testing, comply with BSA/AML and other regulations, and produce reports and recommendations to improve detection and reduce losses.

Responsibilities include campaign planning and execution, brand management, content creation, vendor oversight, regulatory compliance, data analysis and reporting, website and social media support, budget oversight, and team/project management. Requires strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution with knowledge of financial products and local market dynamics.

Design, implement, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across data centers, branches, and cloud. Configure firewalls, routers, switches, SD‑WAN, VPNs, and VoIP systems. Lead troubleshooting, incident response, automation (Python/Ansible/Git), documentation, security controls (IDS/IPS, ACLs, zero‑trust), and mentor junior staff while managing multi‑site projects.
