Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure including AD, Office 365, hypervisors, storage, networks, and backup/DR. Troubleshoot servers, virtualization, and network issues; implement DLP and security best practices; assist with LAN/WAN design, deployments, and migrations; provide Tier 2/3 support; document systems and participate in projects and business continuity planning.

Provide customer-focused branch service: greet members, process deposits/withdrawals, balance cash drawers, resolve account inquiries, promote products, input account/loan requests, and follow security and bank procedures. May travel to other branches as needed.
