Provides branch-based member service, processes deposits, withdrawals, and account transactions, balances cash drawers, resolves account issues, opens account and loan requests, promotes financial products, and supports production goals. Requires accuracy, communication skills, customer service, sales and cold-calling comfort, adherence to security procedures, and flexibility to work at other branches. A high school diploma and background check are required; banking experience is preferred or applicable to higher associate levels.

Implement and maintain the credit union's cybersecurity infrastructure and controls—focusing on Microsoft 365 E5 security, cloud collaboration protection, email security, incident response, vulnerability and risk management, MDR/SIEM coordination, compliance (GLBA/financial regulations), security documentation, and staff mentoring.

Provide customer-focused branch service: greet members, process deposits/withdrawals, balance cash drawers, resolve account inquiries, promote and input account/loan requests, adhere to security procedures, and support branch objectives including cross-selling and working at other branches as needed.
