Provide customer-focused branch service: greet members, process deposits/withdrawals, balance cash drawers, resolve account inquiries, promote and input account/loan requests, adhere to security procedures, and support branch objectives including cross-selling and working at other branches as needed.

Provide customer-focused branch service including greeting members, processing deposits/withdrawals, balancing cash drawers, resolving account inquiries, and promoting bank products. Ensure accuracy, follow security procedures, and support branch operations, including occasional travel to other branches as needed.

Lead monitoring and investigation of digital-channel fraud (online/mobile account takeover, synthetic identity, card-not-present, remote deposit, digital payments). Analyze alerts, perform complex investigations, tune detection rules and models, coordinate loss-mitigation and escalations, support tool configuration and testing, comply with BSA/AML and other regulations, and produce reports and recommendations to improve detection and reduce losses.
