Supervises the Systems Support function and technology team for a credit union. Oversees core processing systems, ATM and payment platforms, servers, databases, applications, infrastructure, system availability, troubleshooting, upgrades, vendors, security, business continuity, and disaster recovery. Leads technology projects, develops operational procedures, manages staff and priorities, analyzes performance and risks, supports compliance, and presents recommendations to management. This is an on-site supervisory role requiring occasional after-hours support.

Provides branch-based member service by greeting customers, processing deposits and withdrawals, balancing cash drawers, opening account and loan requests, resolving inquiries, and promoting credit union products. Ensures transaction accuracy, follows security procedures, meets production goals, and travels to other branches as business needs require.
