Requires produce-industry expertise, strong communication and organization, CRM and Excel proficiency, customer-service skills, travel, one Saturday monthly, and occasional after-hours availability.

Performs stacking, dumping, sorting, bagging, weighing, packaging, and palletizing production materials. Follows safety procedures, reports equipment or workplace abnormalities, maintains clean work areas, and supports other production tasks as needed. Requires punctual attendance, adherence to company policies, manual dexterity, and attention to changing production requirements. Warehouse and equipment-operation experience are preferred but not required.
