Performs stacking, dumping, sorting, weighing, bagging, packaging, and palletizing of produce or other products. Supports production tasks, follows safety and conduct procedures, reports equipment or workplace abnormalities, maintains clean work areas, and adapts to production schedule changes. Requires punctual attendance, manual dexterity, completed secondary education, and attention to customer specifications. Produce warehouse and equipment operation experience are preferred but not required.

Manage and grow B2B produce-industry accounts by coordinating orders, shipments, deliveries, pricing, quality concerns, claims, and service issues. Serve as the primary customer contact, prepare quotes, prospect for new business, maintain pipeline records, support forecasting, and monitor sales margins and profitability. Requires produce-industry expertise, strong communication and organization, CRM and Excel proficiency, customer-service skills, travel, one Saturday monthly, and occasional after-hours availability.
