Manage the People function across a diverse UK-based group, covering recruitment, employee lifecycle administration, HR records, performance and development, training, wellbeing, employee relations, payroll coordination, TUPE support, vehicle compliance, ESG initiatives, and HR reporting. The role partners with managers, Finance, external advisors, payroll providers, and senior leadership while ensuring employment, GDPR, payroll, and fleet compliance.

Serves as the first point of contact for the London office, managing reception, calls, visitors, meeting rooms, deliveries, supplies, office maintenance, and administrative support. Coordinates suppliers, samples, showroom visits, catering, events, travel, and sales materials. Maintains records and office libraries while supporting health and safety procedures, supplier relationships, and the smooth daily operation of the workspace.
