Support IT, Governance, Risk & Compliance functions through document control, training administration, health & safety coordination, onboarding/offboarding, basic IT and asset support, and general administrative tasks while completing a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.

Lead and develop the Group projects team to deliver installation and project portfolios from mobilisation to completion. Ensure projects meet programme, budget, quality, safety, and client standards while overseeing planning, resource allocation, commercial performance, governance, reporting, and stakeholder management. Act as deputy to Operations Director and drive continuous improvement across delivery, installation, logistics, and subcontractor coordination.
