Leads full-cycle recruiting for sales, leadership, and business-critical roles while coaching recruiters and improving talent acquisition strategy. Builds proactive talent pipelines, partners with senior leaders and hiring managers, establishes structured interviewing practices, analyzes recruiting metrics, supports employer branding, and develops sourcing, referral, and diversity strategies. The role also oversees recruiter capability development and candidate experience across multiple locations.

Supports the Risk Management team by reviewing commercial agreements, assessing legal and business risks, developing negotiation playbooks, maintaining clause libraries, and improving contract lifecycle governance. The intern will use legal technology platforms, assist with regulatory risk evaluation, and contribute to supplier risk, compliance, governance, and contract management initiatives.

Provides first-level IT support through Freshservice, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Assists with onboarding, offboarding, account setup, equipment provisioning, documentation, and knowledge resources. Shadows cybersecurity operations, including log reviews, alert responses, vulnerability scan reviews, and risk management. Collaborates on a cross-functional capstone project involving planning, research, execution, and leadership presentation.
