Supports enterprise SOC operations by investigating and responding to Tier 1 escalations, analyzing threat intelligence, detecting incidents across classified and unclassified environments, investigating alerts, documenting findings, and improving SOC workflows. The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, an active Secret clearance, and onsite work in Washington, DC.

Develop, configure, and administer RSA Archer GRC applications supporting risk, compliance, SOC incident tracking, POA&M, A&A, questionnaires, workflows, dashboards, integrations, and reporting. Align solutions with NIST and FISMA requirements, manage platform upgrades and troubleshooting, integrate data feeds and Splunk audit logs, coordinate infrastructure and security teams, document configurations, train users, and improve automated GRC processes.

Designs, deploys, tunes, and secures Elastic Stack solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid federal environments. Responsibilities include platform migrations, detection translation, ingestion pipeline development, Kibana dashboards, compliance hardening, infrastructure automation, scalable cluster architecture, client communication, and reusable technical assets. The role requires Elastic experience, containerization, infrastructure-as-code, cloud platforms, federal security controls, Linux, networking, and eligibility for a security clearance.

Develop and deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs for users, administrators, and system owners; create and coordinate campaigns and materials across sites; track and report effectiveness metrics; recommend program improvements; and support federal compliance and reporting requirements.

Lead continuous monitoring, vulnerability assessments, threat hunting and incident response across IT and OT environments. Manage vulnerability and asset data, support RMF-aligned risk assessments, coordinate remediation with engineering and operations, and produce metrics and federal cybersecurity compliance reporting.

Lead identification, assessment, and reduction of external and internal attack surface exposure. Prioritize remediation based on threat relevance and mission impact, collaborate with threat hunting, vulnerability management, and engineering teams, recommend technical controls, contribute to security assessments and defensive exercises, and track closure of security gaps and detection improvements.

Lead and oversee enterprise cybersecurity program delivery across IT and OT, manage incident response and threat hunting, interface with government stakeholders, ensure RMF and federal compliance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver program metrics, reporting, and quality-assured outputs.
