Lead end-to-end federal proposal and RFI development, ensuring compliance, quality, schedules and on-time submissions. Manage kickoff, reviews, desktop publishing, content repositories, and process improvements; coordinate cross-functional teams, integrate AI-enabled tools, conduct lessons learned, and support federal capture and business development objectives.

Lead cybersecurity operations and vulnerability management for mission-critical systems, oversee SIEM/EDR/CDM tools, direct incident response and threat hunting, ensure DOE and federal compliance (FISMA, NIST SP 800-53), manage metrics and reporting, coordinate with DOE stakeholders and contractors, and develop SOPs and mitigation actions.

Support and operate cloud-based cyber data systems for government customers. Build observability, monitor data ingestion and storage pipelines, produce dashboards, administer cloud infrastructure, automate via IaC and scripting, follow IT best practices, troubleshoot operations, and collaborate in an Agile DevOps team while maintaining documentation.

Lead discovery, mapping, transformation, and migration of RMF and cybersecurity artifacts into an OSCAL-compliant eGRC platform. Develop parsing scripts, reproduce dashboards/workflows, review SharePoint/legacy exports, support reporting, and advise stakeholders throughout implementation.

Develop and integrate automation solutions for an enterprise GRC platform: deploy workflow technologies, build SOAR integrations (RegScale, Axonius), write and review automation scripts, use GitHub for configuration control, document RMF/C-SCRM processes, interview cyber practitioners, and refine automation content and development practices.
