Support BD and Capture by monitoring federal procurement sources, qualifying opportunities, analyzing budgets and spending trends, tracking incumbents and competitors, and producing dashboards and competitive insights to inform go/no-go and investment decisions.

Lead end-to-end federal proposal and RFI development, ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time submission. Manage proposal schedules, kickoffs, color reviews, desktop publishing, content repositories, AI-enabled workflows, lessons-learned, and cross-functional coordination to win multi-volume federal contracts.

Develop and deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs for users, administrators, and system owners; create and coordinate campaigns and materials across sites; track and report effectiveness metrics; recommend program improvements; and support federal compliance and reporting requirements.
