Lead planning, execution, and delivery of federal cybersecurity initiatives. Manage engineering teams across SIEM, endpoint, cloud, and vulnerability domains; run Agile ceremonies; coordinate cross-team dependencies; produce schedules, risk registers, and executive reporting; ensure NIST/FISMA compliance; support deployments, testing, and operational transitions.

Lead design, deployment and maintenance of secure, scalable Azure environments for federal customers. Implement IaC, enforce compliance (FedRAMP/NIST), configure monitoring and security tooling, perform incident response, optimize cost/performance, support migrations, produce documentation, and provide Tier 3 mentorship.

Support BD and Capture by monitoring federal procurement sources, qualifying opportunities, analyzing budgets and spending trends, tracking incumbents and competitors, and producing dashboards and competitive insights to inform go/no-go and investment decisions.
