The Intermediate Greenskeeper operates and maintains golf course equipment, performs mowing and raking tasks, and ensures team safety during operations.

Supervise and perform building maintenance for hotel and club facilities, manage preventative maintenance and work orders, ensure life-safety systems and equipment operate safely and efficiently, train staff, control expenses, and coordinate with vendors and contractors.

As a Commis, assist chefs with food preparation, adhere to safety standards, monitor storage, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively.

Support and supervise Front Office operations to deliver Forbes/AAA 4-star service: guest check-in/out, reservations, staffing, training, reporting, security/night audit coverage, and ensure property standards, safety, and profitability.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks including general ledger close entries, cash/deposit posting, group billings and collections, account reconciliations (cash, AR, prepaids, income), A/P and cashier support, F&B inventory reconciliations, and special finance projects as assigned.

Assist the Grounds Manager in maintaining landscapes, supervise landscaping staff, conduct training, ensure quality standards, and oversee equipment maintenance.

Perform landscape maintenance, operate mowing equipment, assist with golf course setup, and maintain safety on the job site.
