Provides hands-on safety support for an outdoor solar construction project. Responsibilities include monitoring jobsite conditions, reinforcing PPE and safety rules, addressing basic hazards, conducting orientations and toolbox talks, reporting incidents and near misses, coordinating first aid within training limits, and escalating serious or uncertain issues. The position lasts six months and requires strong observation, communication, dependability, and comfort working independently.

Set up, program, operate, and troubleshoot HAAS CNC milling machines for prototype, specialty, and small production parts. Use Mastercam and conversational programming, interpret blueprints, select tooling and cutting parameters, conduct in-process inspections, and ensure finished parts meet quality specifications. Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and an organized work area.

Short-term technicians will install, level, connect utilities, start up, commission, test, troubleshoot, and prepare eight CNC machines for customer demonstrations at IMTS 2026. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and operational issues, following project leadership direction, observing safety and union work boundaries, and working extended hours in a physically demanding industrial environment.

Field-based Sales Engineer responsible for territory business development, technical selling of CNC machine tools, coordinating demos, managing RFQs to orders, and cross-functional handovers with Applications and Service teams. Requires disciplined CRM pipeline management, frequent customer visits, and extensive regional travel.

Manage accounts and drive technical equipment sales to machine tool OEMs and automotive manufacturers across the U.S. Northeast. Prospect, present, and close opportunities, provide technical problem-solving and hands-on support, report to Sales & Marketing VP, and travel extensively (including possible international travel). Program, set up, troubleshoot, and operate CNC lathes to produce precision parts. Create and optimize G-code/CAM programs (Esprit, Fusion 360), perform full setups, inspect parts to GD&T, maintain documentation, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and production to improve processes and productivity.
