Identify and resolve tooling and machining problems, implement cost savings, manage tooling budgets, perform tool trials, update tooling documentation, support production metrics, and lead continuous improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes.

Program, troubleshoot, maintain, and certify Zeiss CMMs; create measurement programs per drawings using GD&T; manage data flows (CMM Reporter, Q-DAS); produce reports, document non-conformances, and support continuous improvement and customer communication.
