The role manages tooling spend, develops reconditioning systems, supports cross-functional plant teams, and implements improved tooling designs and cost-reduction plans.

Field-based Sales Engineer responsible for territory business development, technical selling of CNC machine tools, coordinating demos, managing RFQs to orders, and cross-functional handovers with Applications and Service teams. Requires disciplined CRM pipeline management, frequent customer visits, and extensive regional travel.
