Short-term technicians will install, level, connect utilities, start up, commission, test, troubleshoot, and prepare eight CNC machines for customer demonstrations at IMTS 2026. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and operational issues, following project leadership direction, observing safety and union work boundaries, and working extended hours in a physically demanding industrial environment.

Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce tight-tolerance components. Interpret blueprints and GD&T, select tooling and cutting parameters, adjust programs, monitor machining, and perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments. Maintain quality, safety, production efficiency, accurate documentation, and organized work areas while troubleshooting machining issues.

Field-based Sales Engineer responsible for territory business development, technical selling of CNC machine tools, coordinating demos, managing RFQs to orders, and cross-functional handovers with Applications and Service teams. Requires disciplined CRM pipeline management, frequent customer visits, and extensive regional travel.
