Owns intake, planning, and execution of fulfillment product features, enhancements, and defect resolution for the Shopper app. Partners with technology, data science, economics, design, engineering, and operations teams to improve fulfillment quality, delivery tooling, onboarding, earnings tracking, and worker engagement. Uses data, AI-native practices, storytelling, and technical judgment to make product decisions and influence stakeholders.

The Senior FP&A Manager will guide strategic financial decision-making, create business cases, and benchmark operational performance while partnering with stakeholders across the organization.

Build and re-architect Shipt's LLM-native search stack including retrieval and ranking systems. Design multi-task and multi-objective models, integrate personalization signals, develop hybrid dense/sparse retrieval, and apply generative retrieval and query expansion. Analyze search data, report findings to leadership, and partner with senior scientists and ML engineers to improve relevance, revenue trade-offs, and operational metrics.

Lead a 7–10 person data science team for Marketplace Product, define analytics vision, build agentic AI and GenAI workflows, drive consumer analytics, experimentation and causal analysis, partner with senior leaders to translate insights into product improvements and operational efficiencies.
