The Program Manager will drive responsible AI programs, ensuring compliance with legal governance frameworks while collaborating cross-functionally to embed AI governance into processes.

Manage lifecycle of enterprise SaaS tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, M365), drive AI adoption (Slack AI, Google Gemini), build automated release pipelines, enforce data governance and RBAC, replace redundant tooling, lead cross-functional projects, and serve as tier-3 escalation for platform reliability and automation.

Lead the multi-year vision and execution of Shipt's design platform, scaling a design system across web and mobile, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Research, defining governance, metrics, and pipelines, managing systems-design teams, and applying GenAI and front-end architecture expertise to connect platform investment to measurable business outcomes.
