Lead site reliability engineering across the organization by architecting resilient distributed microservices, advancing observability, and improving incident response. Build self-service infrastructure and automated tooling using Kubernetes, cloud platforms, Terraform, Helm, and GitOps. Establish SLO-driven engineering practices, support multi-cloud infrastructure strategy, serve as a critical incident escalation point, and drive blameless postmortems, root-cause elimination, remediation, and automated recovery.

Architect and deploy Shipt’s foundational agentic AI platform for real-time routing, pay, and fulfillment coverage. Build autonomous reasoning loops, tool-binding frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, and high-throughput microservice integrations. Lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, manage production services, optimize agent costs, implement lifecycle governance and RBAC, and develop evaluation and monitoring strategies for reliable, compliant, fiscally responsible AI workflows.

Owns intake, planning, and execution of fulfillment product features, enhancements, and defect resolution for the Shopper app. Partners with technology, data science, economics, design, engineering, and operations teams to improve fulfillment quality, delivery tooling, onboarding, earnings tracking, and worker engagement. Uses data, AI-native practices, storytelling, and technical judgment to make product decisions and influence stakeholders.
