Leads category management plans, strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contracting for indirect spend. Partners with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to develop total-cost-of-ownership strategies, manage complex projects, advise stakeholders, build sourcing pipelines, and drive organizational change. The role also includes presenting recommendations, collaborating with legal teams, and coaching and mentoring team members.

Leads accounting operations and a team of three accountants across Shipt’s P&L. Oversees month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, financial reporting, accounting controls, policy updates, ERP and sub-ledger integrations, and reporting automation. Provides technical accounting guidance, process improvements, P&L analysis, and strategic partnership to business stakeholders while ensuring financial accuracy and transparency.

Lead site reliability engineering across the organization by architecting resilient distributed microservices, advancing observability, and improving incident response. Build self-service infrastructure and automated tooling using Kubernetes, cloud platforms, Terraform, Helm, and GitOps. Establish SLO-driven engineering practices, support multi-cloud infrastructure strategy, serve as a critical incident escalation point, and drive blameless postmortems, root-cause elimination, remediation, and automated recovery.
