Manage fulfillment-center partner development, onboarding, launches, training, systems configuration, equipment setup, and post-launch support. Build partner relationships, improve adoption of ShipBob’s WMS and SOPs, monitor KPIs and SLAs, conduct operational audits, identify process gaps, and coordinate corrective actions. The role is approximately 90% on-site and requires travel between locations.

Identify, research, and qualify new merchant opportunities through high-volume outbound outreach. Qualify merchant fit, schedule demos for Account Executives, meet daily activity metrics, accurately track interactions, collaborate with managers to improve prospecting, and consistently exceed monthly and annual quota.

Own onboarding, site setup, training, and performance of partner fulfillment centers. Manage implementations, configure dashboards/WMS, train staff, troubleshoot issues, monitor KPIs/SLAs, perform audits, and drive process improvements to ensure partner adoption and operational standards.
