Manage a remote Merchant Operations team to meet SLAs and KPIs across inbound/outbound/B2B/VAS/fulfillment. Drive data‑driven improvements, maintain Power BI reporting accuracy, manage attendance and performance, produce leadership communications, own backlog and operational cadence, create SOPs and training, and collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve merchant escalations.

Embedded within the People team to map and automate HR workflows end-to-end. Build AI-assisted, production-grade automations and REST integrations (ADP, Greenhouse, Lattice). Harden comp planning controls, create a governed analytics layer, implement logging/monitoring and RBAC for PII/HIPAA, document handoffs, and work with Data and Legal to ensure compliance.

Own onboarding, training, and ongoing support for 3PL partner fulfillment sites. Drive adoption of ShipBob systems and SOPs, troubleshoot issues, enforce KPIs/SLAs, coordinate with merchants and internal teams, support CI and kitting solutions, and provide regular reporting and stakeholder follow-up.

Perform physical cycle counts, investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, communicate updates to ICQA Lead and MC teams, resolve merchant inventory requests, follow SOPs to maintain product safety and traceability, and support continuous improvement and cross-departmental needs in the fulfillment center.

Lead partner fulfillment center onboarding and support, manage site launches, training, equipment setup, and performance (KPIs/SLAs). Troubleshoot issues, drive adoption of ShipBob WMS/dashboard, perform audits, and implement process improvements to ensure partner site success.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations, lead and develop the AP team, perform month-end reconciliations and variance analysis, enforce AP internal controls and fraud prevention, oversee P-Card and T&E programs, streamline and automate AP workflows, coordinate vendor payments and intercompany transactions, support audits and shared services initiatives, and drive cross-functional accounting projects.

This role involves automating HR processes by building AI-assisted workflows and ensuring compliance with data governance. You will manage the lifecycle of automation from mapping to deployment while collaborating across the People team.

Build and coach teams, implement continuous improvement, and represent merchant voice to internal partners to increase CSAT/NPS and operational efficiency.

Identify, research, and qualify brands running in-house or 3PL fulfillment; execute high-volume multi-channel outreach to warehouse and supply chain decision-makers; set qualified meetings for WMS Account Executives; meet daily activity benchmarks and contribute to WMS revenue goals while tracking competitive and industry trends.
