Monitor inbound/receiving at regional HUBs, resolve merchant WRO/URO issues and escalations, coordinate with onsite partners, schedule and log carrier loads and IPP shipments, manage BOLs and appointments in NOVA, check drivers in/out, support Jira ticket resolution, and ensure products are handled and recorded to maintain safety, quality, and traceability.

Manage a remote Merchant Operations team to meet SLAs and KPIs across inbound/outbound/B2B/VAS/fulfillment. Drive data‑driven improvements, maintain Power BI reporting accuracy, manage attendance and performance, produce leadership communications, own backlog and operational cadence, create SOPs and training, and collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve merchant escalations.
