The Marketing Automation Manager builds, tests, and maintains HubSpot workflows, forms, landing pages, nurture campaigns, lead scoring, routing, and Salesforce campaign tracking. The role supports demand generation, ABM, events, webinars, and transactional communications while ensuring compliance and deliverability across global markets. Responsibilities include integrating HubSpot with Salesforce, 6sense, Goldcast, WordPress, and other tools; analyzing funnel and pipeline metrics; identifying automation bottlenecks; improving conversion; and coordinating with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales.

Execute end-to-end HR operations for ShipBob India including HRIS administration, compliance, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, performance support, reporting, and AI-assisted process improvements. Serve as first-line contact for employees and managers, ensure audit readiness, run People reports, and support engagement and training initiatives.

Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform physical cycle counts, reconcile variances, communicate inventory issues, resolve merchant requests, and maintain accurate records while following product safety, quality, legality, and warehouse operating procedures. The role requires strong attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, physical stamina, and the ability to work an 8–10-hour shift while lifting up to 50 pounds.
