The General Counsel will lead legal strategy, risk management, and corporate governance across robotics, seafood, and CPG businesses. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial and financing agreements, building scalable legal templates and contracting systems, managing outside counsel, ensuring FDA/food-safety and IP compliance, supporting board and investor matters, and advising on cross-border and vessel-related operations while optimizing legal spend.

Hands-on Test Engineer responsible for executing ATPs/QTPs, software release testing on hardware, maintaining test stands and lab infrastructure, troubleshooting electromechanical systems, collecting and reviewing test data, and supporting live fish intake and lab operations in an on-site R&D environment.

Own end-to-end procurement for manufacturing and engineering R&D, manage vendor relationships, track purchase orders, mitigate supply risks, resolve delivery/RMA issues, source constrained components, coordinate with engineering/production, maintain PO documentation and real-time tracking (Asana).

Analyze sales across retail, foodservice, and wholesale channels to drive revenue, margin, and forecasting improvements. Lead and scale IT infrastructure across office and industrial sites. Lead development and commercialization of new seafood/value-added products. Translate customer requests into scalable, profitable manufacturing solutions through cost modeling, yield testing, packaging development, supplier collaboration, production trials, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Quality.

Lead design and scaling of end-to-end accounts payable and procure-to-pay processes. Implement PO and spend controls, manage invoice processing and vendor relationships, support month-end accruals and reporting, build SOPs, and partner cross-functionally to enforce budgeting and purchase discipline.

Build and maintain sales forecasts, reporting, and dashboards (Tableau) to support planning. Manage supply/demand forecasting, cost and vessel economics, and waste tracking. Support strategic projects including insource/outsource and CAPEX analysis, ROI modeling, and ERP process improvements to enable faster, data-driven decisions.

Build and own the companys accounting function: establish monthly close, GL, AP/AR, cash management, inventory and cost accounting, migrate from QuickBooks to ERP, implement controls, and prepare multi-entity consolidation and audit-ready financials to support scaling into manufacturing.

Coordinate marketing, sales, and operations to align campaigns with real-time inventory and logistics. Maintain marketing calendars, build workback plans, track inbounds and availability, manage campaign timelines, run-of-show documents, pack lists, and logistics trackers. Liaise with Ops and Sales, flag risks, streamline workflows, and support activations, gifting, and events.

Develop and integrate production-quality C++/Python software for Poseidon robots, interfacing with motors and sensors, building automated tests and diagnostics, analyzing field failures and metrics, and collaborating with mechanical, electrical, field, and software teams to ensure reliable robotic operation.

Support the Operations team at a seafood CPG startup: manage inventory and invoicing, assist logistics and events, drop off product to restaurants, visit ports and processing facilities, run financial models and market research, and help develop processes to support 2026 growth.

Manage day-to-day operations of a robotics test lab: coordinate fish procurement and inventory, schedule and prioritize test activities, maintain equipment and calibration records, oversee lab cleanliness and facilities requests, manage shared resources (3D printers), document SOPs, and direct interns. Role is hands-on, onsite, and supports engineering testing and demonstrations.

Own mechanical builds of Poseidon robotic systems: assemble, integrate, debug electro-mechanical subsystems, develop production processes, build fixtures, perform root-cause analysis, ensure quality, maintain documentation, and support scaling production and field deployments.

Design, prototype, and test mechanical components and experimental setups for robotic systems in seafood automation. Lead projects, collaborate with engineers to assemble, troubleshoot, validate designs, and document iterations and test results.

Design and integrate electrical power and EWIS systems, develop schematics and wire diagrams, lead harness/component selection for harsh marine environments, collaborate cross-functionally, and support design reviews, testing, supplier engagement, and production/sustainment activities in a multi-program environment.

Design, develop, and maintain the ShinkeiOS web application; build backend services/APIs; implement CI/CD and DevOps workflows; integrate with robotics and ERP systems; collaborate with business and robotics teams to deliver usable UX/UI.
